Report Templates
This is the templates section of MochiiPetServices. Here you can see 3 different things per section: First off is the base template I start with for first comers, second is a specialized template I develop based on information on location and anything else the owner wants changed, and lastly an example of the end product of reports. First two shows pet walks and pet drop-ins. Pet Sitting looks very similar to the pet drop-in report, as usually I do multiple drop-ins instead of staying at a residence for longer than 3.5 hours on end.

Specialized Pet Walking Report Example Template

I arrived at your residence at 12:48pm. Upon entering I put on a mask. I harnessed and leashed [Dogs Name Here]. I grabbed [Dogs Name Here]'s treats. I left on the walk with [Dogs Name Here] at 12:49pm. I locked the door behind me. The moment I opened the door [Dogs Name Here] barked and tried to leap at a dog that was down the steps next to the street with their owner. He ate something off the ground, I wasn't able to see it before he ate it. I didn't have time to get it out of his mouth.
I kept forward at the fork at 12:53pm after crossing the street. I stayed on the right side of the street to avoid dangers. Once the dangers were passed I crossed at 12:54pm. [Dogs Name Here] pooped an unhealthy color of poop at 1:04pm, I picked it up using one of your doggy bags in two minutes. I looped back around with [Dogs Name Here] at 1:09pm. I turned him right at the fork at 1:12pm and crossed the street. I arrived back at your residence at 1:15pm with [Dogs Name Here]. I threw away his poop in your trash bin before heading to the backyard gate. He tried to eat a chicken bone that was by your recycling but I got him to drop it by gently prying his mouth open.
I brought [Dogs Name Here] to your backyard at 1:17pm. I did a photoshoot with him using a treat from 1:17pm to 1:18pm. There was no direct sun I could use as a toy so I was unable to use my phone reflection to play with them. I walked him around a bit more before bringing him back to your porch at 1:19pm. I locked your gate behind me.
[Dogs Name Here] marked his territory once at 12:52pm, 12:54pm, 1:02pm, 1:06pm, 1:08pm, and lastly once at 1:13pm, kicked up dirt twice, stopped to sniff 27 times, shook like he was shaking off water twice, tried to dig up dirt once, and sneezed once. I used one of your doggy bags.
I entered your residence at 1:21pm after putting a mask on. I took off [Dogs Name Here]'s leash and harness, then put his treats back. Once my report was complete I left your residence at 1:23pm after locking the door behind me.

I entered your apartment complex at --. I entered your residence at --. Upon entering I turned on your front door light. I started on her wetfood at --. One by one I dumped, scrubbed, and refilled all 3 bowls. I dumped all leftover wetfood in your sink disposal using the spoon I used previously from your silverware drawer. I also made sure to scoop every last bit of wet food off of the wet food lids. I added 1/3 can of water to each. I set down turkey first at --. I then set down chicken next at --. Both chicken and turkey were in the metal bowls. Lastly was beef at --. [Photo 1] She ate from --, --, and -- during this time. I then washed the spoon and placed it on the paper towel I used yesterday upside down to dry.
I began washing out each individual can as well as their lids at --. I threw them into your recycling. This got completed at --. I then cleaned out your sink of wetfood (pushed it all down the drain). While running the sink I used your garbage disposal in your sink to get rid of it completely. I then started on Athena's litter box at -- after turning on your bathroom light. I completed scooping, dumping, and flushing the clumps into your toilet at --. I then used your vacuum at -- to vacuum your bathroom floor including your rug and underneath it. Before photo [Photo 2] and after photo [Photo 3] I finished at -- and I turned off your bathroom light.
I took your vacuum and got all the gunk into your trash bin. I immediately washed my hands after. I completed this at --. I then plugged it in by Athena's water fountain which was/n't running low so I did/n't add water.
I gave Athena proper cuddles starting from -- to --. I took a photo while cuddling with her on your couch at -- [Photo 4] Before that I was giving her cuddles on and off while I took care of stuff.
At -- I got ready to go. I turned off the light by your front door at --. I left your residence at --.
Specialized Pet Drop-In Report Example
1st Day Compared to 8th
1st Day
I entered your apartment complex at 5:10pm. I entered your residence at 5:11pm. Upon entering I turned on your front door light. I started on her wetfood at 5:13pm. I dumped all 3 bowls leftover wetfood in your trash bin using a clean spoon from your silverware drawer. One at a time hand scrubbed and refilled each with one can of wet food. (3 wet foods total). I added about a 2 inch height of water to each bowl after adding the wet food. I set down turkey first, I didn't realize I was supposed to put the food down the sink and use the garbage disposal so I'll do that from now on, sorry about that! I then set down chicken next. Both chicken and turkey were in the metal bowls. Lastly was beef. With the other bowl I put about a half inch depth of water. I completed this by 5:28pm, she ate from turkey and chicken during this time.
I then washed out each individual can as well as their lids. I threw them into your recycling. This got completed at 5:31pm. I then cleaned out your sink of wetfod (pushed it all down the drain). While running the sink I used your garbage disposal in your sink to get rid of it completely. I washed my hands at 5:32pm. I then started on [Cat's Name Here]'s litter box at 5:34pm. I completed scooping, dumping, and flushing the clumps into your toilet at 5:35pm. There was oddly no poop from what I could tell. I then used your vacuum to vacuum your bathroom floor including your rug and underneath it. [Photo 1] I finished at 5:41pm.
I took your vacuum and got all the gunk into your trash bin. I immediately washed my hands after. I completed this at 5:43pm. I then plugged it in by [Cat's Name Here]'s water fountain which wasn't running low so I didn't add water. I saw a toy next to the chair in your living room and I took it to play with [Cat's Name Here]. I got a picture of her while sitting on the edge of your couch after I played with her for about 2-3 minutes [Photo 2]. I got your wifi real quick and checked when I'd have to leave to catch the bus.
I gave [Cat's Name Here] cuddles starting from 5:50pm to 5:55pm. Before that I was giving her cuddles on and off (probably about 5 minutes before sitting down to cuddle with her). I gave her scritches behind her tail towards her back (I've noticed most cats love that). During the pets she drooled on her paw [Photo 3].
At 5:55pm I got ready to go. I turned off the light by your front door at 5:58pm. I also turned the kitchen light off (I can't remember if I turned it on. I noticed the lamp on a table that's on so I think that's [Cat's Name Here]'s source of light. I left your residence at 6:01pm.
6th Day
I entered your apartment complex at 3:51pm. I entered your residence at 3:52pm. Upon entering I turned on your front door light. I started on her wetfood at 3:53pm. One by one I dumped, scrubbed, and refilled all 3 bowls. I dumped all leftover wetfood in your sink disposal using the spoon I used previously from your silverware drawer. I also made sure to scoop every last bit of wet food off of the wet food lids. I added 1/3 can of water to each. I set down turkey first at 3:58pm. I then set down chicken next at 4:01pm. Both chicken and turkey were in the metal bowls. Lastly was beef at 4:04pm. [Photo 1] She ate from none of them during this time. I then washed the spoon and placed it on the paper towel I used yesterday upside down to dry.
I began washing out each individual can as well as their lids at 4:04pm. I threw them into your recycling. This got completed at 4:06pm. I noticed [Cat's Name Here] eating the chicken bowl. I then cleaned out your sink of wetfood (pushed it all down the drain). While running the sink I used your garbage disposal in your sink to get rid of it completely. I then started on [Cat's Name Here]'s litter box at 4:07pm after turning on your bathroom light. I completed scooping, dumping, and flushing the clumps into your toilet at 4:08pm. (She pooped again ^^) I then used your vacuum after putting the cotton filter back on at 4:09pm to vacuum your bathroom floor including your cat rug and underneath it. Before photo [Photo 2] and after photo [Photo 3] I finished at 4:11pm and I turned off your bathroom light.
I took your vacuum and got all the gunk into your trash bin. I immediately washed my hands after. I completed this at 4:12pm. I then plugged it in by [Cat's Name Here]'s water fountain which wasn't running low so I didn't add water.
I gave [Cat's Name Here] proper cuddles starting from 4:13pm to 4:20pm. I took a photo while petting her while she was on your desk table at 4:19pm [Photo 4, she was asking me to keep petting her xD].
At 4:20pm I got ready to go and snagged one of the seltzers from the fridge. I turned off the light by your front door before I left your residence at 4:23pm.
Observe:
Notice that on the 1st day I was there for 50 minutes and on the 8th day I was there for 30. This was partially due to the time it takes me to formulate a proper report template.
